The Ancient City Of Nora
Aksaray, the ancient city of Nora, which is only 30 kilometers from the mount Hasan is located on the outskirts.
Used as a major military Center, the city has maintained the importance of the Roman and Byzantine periods.
There are more than enough in the ruins of the Church. Most of the remains from the Byzantine period. A variety of frescoes, the Church, the Acropolis and is one of the small castle to the present day structure; but there is no a Basilica. The ancient city of Aksaray's historic structures, especially Nora frescoes is worth a visit.
